Q1. How can I trust your website?

We accept payment - IPS which is a method of global payment.

To secure your order, you can request for refund if you do not receive your order after you pay.

Q2. Why the price is relative low compared to other sites?

We are an authorized global retailer and therefore can obtain the relatively low selling price.

At the current stage, we only operate the online stores at the moment.

This would benefit us to run with at a lower overhead compared to a local retail store.

Q3. What is the expected shipping time after I place the order? 

For standard delivery, we generally place the shipment within 36 to 72 hours after we receive your full payment. You would expect to receive your packages within 7-15 business days.

Q4. For international orders, what are the duties and taxes?

We have marked all the shipments as gifts or samples, therefore as our customers, you do not have to pay for it.

In some cases, if it is required to pay for those fees, we will pay according to the receipt of the tax invoice from our customers.

Q5. What is the shipping charge when placing an order? 

Orders from the countries, especially from  USA, US, Australia, Spain, Canada, France, Germany, etc. are eligible for free shipping when you spent more than 100 dollars per order.

There is no minimum order. However, when you spent more than 100 dollars per order, you will get a discount shipment offer depends on your region.

After you sign up for an account at our website, you can always log in your account and add a product as you wish, delete them later or adjust the quantities. 

Your shopping cart will be saved for the next purchase if you disconnect from the internet or accidentally close your Navigator.

The products you have added to your Basket are saved in your cart while you are looking for multiple items.

On of the key point is the first payment page is "address book", you should always fill in the correct the shipping address. (or otherwise at a different drop ship address.)

If you want to cancel the order, you must contact us within 36 hours after order is placed.
